Car Rims will deliver anywhere in the continental United States (Including shipments to Alaska and Hawaii ) and all International orders are accepted. All orders received before 2:30pm PST.(M-Fri.), will begin processing the same business day. Orders received after 2:30pm PST. or on Sat.- Sun., will begin processing the next business day (M-Fri.). All orders received by credit payment must allow 2-3 days for funds to post before order is shipped. We also ship to APO boxes. Once processed, customers receive their order on average within 5-10 working days.(M-Fri) To combat internet fraud, we ship all credit card orders to the verified billing address only. No Exceptions.

The customer is liable for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item to Car Rims. This policy also applies to warranty returns.

Shipments received in conditions other than brand new will be refused and returned to customer. If damaged during shipping, absolutely NO refunds or credits will be issued. All claims must be filed with the shipper.

It's the customer's responsibility to report any damages/shortages within 24 hours of receiving the product. No claims will be accepted after 24 hours.

No returns will be accepted without authorization from Car Rims. Once Authorization is approved, the customer will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number or RMA number.

The Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA is valid for 10 days ONLY. After the10 day time limit, the RMA remains invalid.

There are absolutely NO refunds or returns on used or damaged customer products.

There are absolutely NO refunds or returns on any mounted wheel and/or tire packages. The purchase price at time of sale is final.

All wheel and tire packages come with Free Ground Shipping (except for Alaska and Hawaii orders).

PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, USPS Money Orders, and Bank Wire Transfers. All International orders must be paid by Bank Wire Transfers, No Exceptions.

WHEELS
All wheels should be checked for fit on a car before tires are mounted for customers who solely purchase wheels. Once the wheels have been mounted and balanced, they belong to the customer. All spinner kits are universal fit, so we don't guarantee fitment. Absolutely no refunds on spinner kits or spinner installation kits.

PRICES
All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for any typographical errors.

CLAIMS
All claims for loss or damage must be filed against carrier or consignee. Shortage and claims must be made within 24 hours of the receipt of goods.

CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed with Car Rims, all cancelled orders will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. If the order is in route to either Car Rims or the customer a 20% cancellation fee will be assessed plus any return shipping fees on cancelled orders. In-store credits will be issued for all cancellations.

RETURNS
To return merchandise, customers must call to receive an RA (Return Authorization) Number. RA#'s must appear on the outside of the box in bold, black writing. Unauthorized merchandise will be refused. All returns must be freight prepaid, return shipping and is the customer's responsibility. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns plus any return shipping fees on cancelled orders. All returns will be rejected without a Return Authorization. Once received a in-store credit only will be issued.

WARRANTIES
All warranties will be handled according to the manufacturer. 1 year manufacturer warranty for chrome. No warranty for gold, black, or colored wheels. Replacement parts may be paid for in full. All shipping charges to and from manufactures are the customer's responsibility.

CREDITS/REFUNDS
There are absolutely no refunds for customers who purchase wheels, tires, or wheel and tire packages. All credits/refunds/returns will be issued in the form of in-store credits only. No exception.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

1. A 1 year Manufacturers warranty to the purchaser that all wheels are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and responsible use. Pitting, rust, and weather related damage is excluded in this warranty.

Transfer of title of any Car Rims product by the original owner voids the warranty.

2. All defective returns will be reviewed by quality controlled personnel and any defects not found to be Car Rims responsibility will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense. Appearance defects will not be honored if :

a. Damage caused by incorrect mounting or installation.

b. Damage caused from improper maintenance or improper cleaning agents. Each wheel must be treated like any other painted surface of your vehicle. Harsh cleaning methods voids all warranties.

c. Damage from neglect, lack of cleaning, chemicals, and/or adverse weather conditions.

CARE AND USE GUIDELINES

1. Only use a solution of mild soap and water for cleaning your wheels. ** Do not use harsh detergent pre washes which will damage your clean coat.

2. Do not wash wheels which are very hot from use.

3. Torque lug nuts to the proper specifications at the time of installation and within the first 25 miles.
